Exchange Policies
1. Item purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the product you received is wrong item or expired you can request to exchange. Please contact Customer Support at 03-8949 5068 / Whatapps +6012-3059 380 / Email to greenhouseflavour@gmail.com.
2. Exchange can only be requested within 10 days after you receive the items.
3. Please provide the reason carefully and explain the reason or attach picture. If the information you provided is not genuine or insufficient, as well as in the event where the Exchange request product fail to meet the exchange policy
, we have all the tight to reject your requested.
4. Exchange process requires buyers to ship the received product in the same condition as when it first arrived, together with other free gifts or item provided if any.
5. Once you ship your product back, you can provide your tracking number and details via email / Whatsapp +6012-3059380. This will help your ‘Exchange’ process to be completed more quickly.
6. If your ‘Exchange’ request has been already approved, you can’t withdraw request.
7. Pack the item(s) to return and ship it back to the seller within 3 days from the date your return request was approved.
8. The customer will need to bear the return shipping fee when returning items to us.
