Orders with payment received before 12:00 noon are normally shipped out the same business day (Mon to Fri), else it will ship out on next business day. Delivery usually requires 1- 3 business days after posting, some outskirt areas may require 3-7 business days for delivery. Delivery time may be longer especially during the long festival holiday as Chinese New Year or Hari Raya Puasa.

The Heart Tastes is committed to delivering quality products to your satisfaction. But in any case of dissatisfaction with any item you have purchased, please notify us before sending back to us with the original packaging within 7 days upon reception.

1. We will refund by direct bank transfer to your bank account within 7 days.
2.NO REFUND for Paypal Surcharge.
3. All returned must list out the reason before sending back, we will consider accepting the return the case by case basis.
4. The Heart Tastes is NOT responsible for the postage on returned items.
5. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees of 10% or RM 5 ( Whichever higher) of your order if you cancel the paid order (we have already packed) or return almost everything of your purchase or the parcel is returned to us by the carrier due to undelivered/unclaimed.
