Green House Ingredient Sdn Bhd (Green House) was established in 2003 with the main goal of delivering food flavouring (Emulco), custom made flavours and colours for the food industry. Our main office is located in Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia. Our directors have a combined experience of 15 years in the flavouring industry and it is with their expertise that Greenhouse has grown within a short time to be the leading Emulco flavouring manufacturer for the food industry in Malaysia.

All our Emulco and flavours are produced according to the quality standard at Malaysia food legislation and Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia ( JAKIM ). Apart from that, we also supply Emulco and flavours that comply with the National Requirement of specific countries like Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, and Bangladesh.

Shipping method and policy

1. All products will be shipped through courier service Pos Laju.

2. Shipping fees may vary based on location such as Sabah, Sarawak or International.

3. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.

4. The actual shipping fee can differ according to product weight, quantity or selected options. (Please check product weight in product description to estimate actual shipping fee.)

5. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.

6. Shipping will only process on business day. Business day mean by Monday to Friday, not include public holidays.

7. Shipping times are estimates 1-2 weeks worldwide and start from the date of shipping.

Exchange Policies

2. Exchange can only be requested within 10 days after you receive the items.

3. Please provide the reason carefully and explain the reason or attach picture. If the information you provided is not genuine or insufficient, as well as in the event where the Exchange request product fail to meet the exchange policy

4. Exchange process requires buyers to ship the received product in the same condition as when it first arrived, together with other free gifts or item provided if any.

6. If your ‘Exchange’ request has been already approved, you can’t withdraw request.

7. Pack the item(s) to return and ship it back to the seller within 3 days from the date your return request was approved.
